"Felice Garibaldi" extra-virgin olive oil is made from olives harvested from the estates of the Azienda Agricola De Carlo. It is a monovarietal oil, made from 100% Ogliarola (Cima di Bitonto) olives, a historic variety from the Conca Barese, harvested straight from the tree and processed within 12 hours in the company olive press.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: "Felice Garibaldi" is an oil with a subtle flavour, ideally used raw to enhance the taste and aroma of any dish. It is perfect on raw fish, boiled or baked, crustacean and shellfish antipasti, delicate first dishes, carpacci, boiled vegetables.
